Post Balls transforms package delivery into a gamified progression system. Every route you complete fills a visual progress ring toward your daily goal of 50 deliveries. Packages become colorful balls categorized by type: cyan for Letters, purple for Food, pink for Parcels.
The Trophy Room tracks five specific achievements from First Inflate to Ball Pit King at 50 total deliveries. The Vault archives every completed job with filterable statistics by category. Priority alerts flag urgent packages with clear indicators, while color-coded organization separates International, Fragile, Express, and Standard types at a glance.
Unlike generic tracking apps, Post Balls treats each package as an inflatable ball you add, categorize, and pop when delivered. Routes display as Today's Routes on your dashboard. Your daily progress shows as 0/50 with a circular cyan percentage ring updating in real-time as you mark deliveries complete.
Set specific daily delivery goals and watch your progress ring fill from 0% to 100% as packages get marked delivered. The cyan circular indicator updates instantly with each completion. Your dashboard greeting shows current completion rate like 0/50 with visual percentage feedback.
Assign unique color codes to three package categories: cyan Letters, purple Food, pink Parcels. Tag each delivery as Standard, Express, Fragile, or International using pill-shaped selector buttons. The Ball Color picker lets you choose cyan, magenta, or hot pink for visual tracking.
Unlock five specific achievements: First Inflate for adding your first package, Postman Pat at 10 deliveries, Night Owl for after-8PM completions, Marathon Runner at 20 packages, Ball Pit King at 50 total. Each trophy appears as a grayed-out card until earned.
Access archived history showing Total Deliveries count and Ball Distribution chart with three vertical bars for Letters, Food, and Parcels. Each category displays its completion count with colored bar height increasing as you log more jobs. Empty states show 0 values with minimal bar display.
Toggle High Priority switch when inflating new balls to flag urgent packages with pin icon indicators. These deliveries appear with distinct visual markers in your Today's Routes list. The toggle activates instantly when adding recipient name and delivery address.
Tap New Route button to start a delivery session or Add Ball to inflate a package with recipient name, address, notes, priority toggle, type selector, expected date picker, and color choice. The Inflate & Add button submits the form. Mark balls delivered with single tap from your route list.
You handle 30-60 packages per shift across multiple neighborhoods and lose track of which addresses need Express versus Standard delivery. Post Balls color-codes every package type and shows your completion percentage in real-time, so you always know exactly how many Letters, Food items, and Parcels remain before shift end.
